Bidding Fever is a modern auction marketplace built to replace outdated software with faster operations, stronger trust, and better buyer experiences.

## A better auction platform for buyers and sellers

Bidding Fever is a Canadian online auction marketplace. Independent auction houses and liquidators run timed online auctions on it, and Bidding Fever operates the platform without owning the inventory. The seller of each lot is the auction house named on the lot page. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the site works in English and French.

We started Bidding Fever because we believed Canadian auction houses deserved better. Legacy platforms are slow, expensive, and stuck in the past.

Our platform combines real-time technology, thoughtful design, and a relentless focus on trust to create an auction marketplace that works for everyone. Proudly Canadian, fully bilingual.

## What makes Bidding Fever different

Bidders see the hammer price, buyer's premium and applicable taxes for an auction before they bid, and pay no fee per bid. Lots can carry a condition grade from a published scale. A maximum bid lets the platform bid for you, one increment at a time. Sellers pay a monthly plan plus a flat 2% commission.

## Our platform approach

Every auction is run by an approved seller: Bidding Fever reviews each seller application before the account can publish auctions. Bidders register for each auction, keep a verified payment card on file and may face extra checks, such as phone or identity verification, a deposit or seller approval, when an auction requires them.

## Built for the next generation of auctions.

To bid, create a free account, open an auction and register for it. To sell, apply on behalf of your auction house; once approved, you start a monthly plan. Buyers and sellers can use the platform in English or French, and every amount on the site is shown in Canadian dollars.
