Condition grades

Four grades. One scale. The harshest grade gets the clearest wording.

The seller grades each lot on this scale and photographs it. A lot cannot be published if its description states a grade its condition record does not. If a lot is significantly different from its description, open a claim from your dashboard within 14 days of pickup or delivery.

A

Grade A — Like new

Claim within 14 days

Complete, working, no visible wear. May be open-box. Tested where the item can be tested.

B

Grade B — Used, fully functional

Claim within 14 days

Works as intended. Visible cosmetic wear, photographed. Missing non-essential accessories are listed.

C

Grade C — Working, with damage

Claim within 14 days

Functions, but has a defect that affects use or value. The defect is named and photographed.

D

Grade D — As-is

Sold as-is

Not tested, not working, or sold for parts. Not tested means not tested; it does not mean broken or working. A claim still applies if the lot is significantly different from its description.
