How We Build Trust

Payment Method Verification
Payment methods are verified before bidding to reduce failed transactions and improve payout reliability for sellers.
Trust and Reliability Scoring
Each user has a trust score influenced by payment completion, successful transaction history, dispute behavior, account integrity, and policy compliance. Higher trust unlocks broader access. Lower trust may lead to restrictions.
Bidding Limits
Bidding limits may be applied based on account age, verification status, trust score, and transaction history to reduce risk.
Deposit or Pre-Authorization Requirements
Sellers can require a deposit or payment pre-authorization before allowing users to bid on certain auctions.
Seller Trust
Listing Quality and Accuracy
Seller trust is influenced by the quality and accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, and condition disclosures.
Delivery Performance
Consistent and timely fulfillment of won lots contributes positively to seller standing on the platform.
Dispute and Cancellation Rate
High dispute rates, frequent cancellations, and poor fulfillment quality may reduce seller visibility and standing.
Policy Compliance
Policy violations may result in reduced visibility, lower standing, or removal from the platform.
Fraud Prevention
Bidding Fever may delay or block transactions, request additional verification, suspend risky accounts, limit bidding or payouts, and review suspicious behavior manually.
Enforcement Actions
Bidding Fever may pause or delay payouts, issue refunds, reverse or adjust transactions, and apply account penalties when warranted.
