Shipping & Pickup

Know Before You Bid.

Shipping and pickup terms vary by seller, auction, and lot. Always review the listing before bidding.

How It Works

01

Check the Lot Page

Review shipping availability, pickup location, pickup window, handling fees, and any special requirements for large, fragile, or high-value items.

02

Win Your Lot and Get Your Invoice

Once the auction closes and you are confirmed as the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with pickup or shipping instructions.

03

Follow Pickup or Shipping Instructions

Follow the seller’s instructions to arrange pickup at their location, or confirm shipping details and costs as directed.

04

Complete Within the Deadline

Items must be picked up or shipping must be arranged within the stated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in storage fees, cancellation, forfeiture, or relisting.

Pickup vs. Shipping

In-Person Pickup

  • Buyers must collect items within the stated pickup window
  • Valid ID and invoice may be required at pickup
  • Some pickups require a scheduled appointment
  • Missed pickup windows may lead to storage fees
  • Uncollected items may be cancelled or forfeited
  • Items not collected may be relisted or disposed of

Shipping

  • Shipping costs may be charged separately or included in the price
  • Packing fees may apply depending on the seller
  • Tracking may be required for certain shipments
  • Delivery timing varies by seller and carrier
  • Bidding Fever may use shipping status and tracking during claim review
  • Always confirm shipping terms on the lot page before bidding
